UK Delivery Arrangements

Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days from the time of your order.

For orders from gift lists, orders will be delivered when the list holder closes the list and agrees a delivery date with Fairgift Customer Services. Gift lists take up to eight weeks to assemble and deliver after they are closed. After the goods are received, they are collated, checked and delivered to the address specified by the list holder. The gifts will not be individually gift-wrapped.

Fairgift will make every effort to deliver completed gift lists at the time agreed. However the company is not responsible for any exceptional delays from producers or caused by delivery companies.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If you are not available to sign for the package, a notice is left at the delivery address confirming that our courier has tried to deliver and explaining where your parcel is and how to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

 

International Delivery Arrangements

International deliveries normally take 14 days. If you'd like an estimated delivery date for your specific order then please contact customer services.

Fairgift reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.

Fairgift products are sold in pounts Sterling on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. Fairgift is unable to take responsibility for knowing the local customs duties and import policies for every country we ship to. If you are a non-UK customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from pounds Sterling to your local currency. We do not have control over the exchange rate, but you can get an idea of what it might be by checking this site: http://www.xe.com.

Gift Wrapping Service

We offer an optional Gift Wrapping Service on many products bought from the Fairgift e-store. At the checkout select the items which require gift wrapping and include a message in the box provided. The gift wrap paper and gift cards are beautifully handmade by a Fair Trade group in Nepal.

Gift wrapping is charged at the rate of £4 per item. This charge is not refundable should you wish to return a gift wrapped product.

Please be awaree that the gift wrapping service is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree that any messages sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harrassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable. You also agree that you will not impersonate any person, including but not limiyed to any of our employees or customers. You are entirely responsible for any text or other material which you submit or send on this message system and Fairgift accepts no liability for any such content.

We do not pre-screen messages, but may monitor content from time to time. We have the right to refuse to send or display messages and terminate access to the gift wrapping message service at any time and without liability to you.
